Transitional application of Act
45This Act applies even though
(a)
the spouses entered into the marriage before January 1, 1981,
(b)
the property in issue was acquired before January 1, 1981, or
(c)
a proceeding with respect to property rights as between spouses was commenced, but not determined, before January 1, 1981.
